Ronald O. Royce, D.O. is Board Certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and a Fellow in the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopaedics. He graduated from the University of Michigan and the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. He had special training at the Harvard Medical School for pediatric orthopaedics, total joint replacement, and an AO/ASIP fellowship at Visp, Switzerland. His special interests are arthritis surgery, and sports medicine.

In 2004, after 15 years of practice, Dr. Royce returned to Boston to complete the Adult Joint Reconstruction and Biologic Resurfacing Arthroplasty Fellowship in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at Brigham and Women's Hospital. The fellowship consisted of special study in cartilage care as well as total joint replacement surgery.
