About Dr. Royce

Dr. Royce is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon treating patients with the latest in orthopaedic surgery technology and the highest level training in each procedure. Patients with arthritis, bone, ligament, and joint damage and other injuries caused by disease, sports activities, and accidents are seen in his Colorado Springs' office, Memorial Hospital, or Ambulatory Surgery Center.

Dr. Royce uses his training and expertise to provide the latest in orthopaedic surgery techniques and provide the best patient care possible.

Dr. Royce practices in Colorado Springs at the Cartilage Care Clinic inside the Front Range Orthopaedic offices. He also is the team physician for Widefield High School located in Colorado Springs and provides team physician coverage for the USA Hockey team.
